The panel saw is manufactured using sheet metalwork techniques to form structural members which have the necessary stiffness and straightness to ensure accurate cutting over a length of 4metres. By using CNC punching and folding we are able to punch the fixing holes in the members in the flat condition prior to folding. This method is much faster than machining holes in long lengths of channel or box section.
PRODUCT FEATURES The saws are available in 3 sizes with cutting heights up to 2.1 metres and lengths up to 4 metres. The blade is driven by a 3KW motor. 3 phase and single phase versions are available. All cutting guides are precision ground rails with sealed bearings.
