Our paint shop is able to apply both wet spray finishes and electrostatic powder coats. A combination of conveyor and box ovens provides flexibility in terms of the size and shape of the components we can handle, ranging from small brackets to large frames and enclosures. Our surface pre-treatments include iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, and alocrom 1200. The other finishes we are able to provide are bead blasting, graining and bright polishing. We have extensive experience of producing grained aluminium facia panels for the Hi- Fi industry
