Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting service is ideal for the production of complex shapes and also enables us to produce short runs without

the need for special tooling. The fact that material can be cut without any contact between the cutting head and the surface

of the component is a great advantage when processing decorative materials such as polished stainless steel.

FEATURES

	2500mm x 1250mm sheet can be cut without repositioning.
	Max thickness 10mm mild steel/10mm stainless/5mm aluminium.
	High speed cutting- over 100 holes per minute in 1mm steel.
	Non contact cutting.
	Clean cutting of stainless steel with nitrogen gas.
